EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction is launching the Call 2026: Building Future-Ready STEM Talent. EIT STEM Tech Talent Induction aims to strengthen Europe’s STEM talent pipeline by facilitating access to STEM education and careers for learners at different stages of their educational and professional journeys. The Call is open to consortia that include at least one education provider and at least one business or industry partner. Projects should deliver induction activities that introduce learners to STEM subjects, technologies, applications, skills or career pathways and support their progression towards further STEM learning, training or employment. Courses are expected to comprise at least 10 hours of structured learning activities and can be delivered online, offline or blended. Formats may include short-duration induction programmes, industry challenge-based learning, Regional Industry–STEM Labs, and transition and re-induction programmes. The Initiative places a primary focus on learners at ISCED Levels 3–5, with particular attention dedicated to Vocational Education and Training (VET). It aims to reach 30% of learners from RIS countries and 40% women and girls. Each project is expected to reach a minimum of 1,200 participants. Activities are expected to start by 1 April 2027 and must be fully concluded by 31 December 2027. The Call will select up to 25 proposals, with up to EUR 80,000 per project. Deadline for applications: 14 December 2026, 17:00 CET. How to participate?
