  "text": "By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for the provision of an e-learning authoring software licence and related services, by appointing a software provider (hereinafter being referred to as the “Contractor”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of e-learning authoring software and related services. More specifically, EIT UM is seeking to acquire a three-year licence for the Articulate 360, together with the support and complementary services that may be required during the contract period. The Articulate 360 licence will enable EIT UM to: 1. Develop interactive and engaging e-learning content. 2. Streamline the review and feedback process for e-learning development. The tool is essential to enhance EIT UM’s digital course offerings and support the production of innovative, practical and high-quality training materials for professionals in the urban mobility field.
