Working with children and adults. Volunteering adventure in České Budějovice

Diocesan Charity České Budějovice (further simply DCHCB) provides support, coordination, and methodical assistance to 10 local Charities. The Centre of DCHCB provides its own social services (including the Volunteer Centre) and participates in projects in the Diocese of České Budějovice and abroad. The project supported by the European Solidarity Corps enables us to host foreign volunteers who can participate in several volunteering activities. * Support for older people and people with disabilities * Work with children and youth in the programme Young Caritas * Helping people who have been affected by a natural disaster or war. For autumn 2026, we are looking for one short-term volunteer to support mainly after-school activities for children from foreign countries, especially children from Ukraine. The activities include a leisure club, workshops, trips, and other activities. Our activities are open to all young people (volunteers), including those with fewer opportunities.
