Next step

Are you interested in working with young people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives? VšĮ DUKU works with young people aged 14–20, including those experiencing social, emotional, or other challenges. Volunteers will take part in street-based youth work and non-formal education, building meaningful relationships with young people in their everyday environment. Activities include creative work at the youth centre, hikes and small-group camps for teenagers approximately once every two months, and regular street activities such as sports, bike repair, conversations and other informal activities. The main focus is on being present, listening, building trust, and creating a safe and welcoming environment where young people feel respected and accepted.
