    "<p>Civil society organisations based in Spain are invited to submit proposals under the Social Power project. This call supports initiatives that address three thematic rights agendas: decent employment in a fair productive system, gender justice and diversity and social protection and housing, particularly in contexts of inequality or discrimination. The three thematic rights provide a concrete operational framework to advance fundamental rights and EU values in practice.</p><p><strong>-Call publication date</strong>: 1 September 2026</p><p><strong>-Deadline to submit proposals:</strong> 2 November 2026 before 17:00h (CET)</p><p><strong>-Full guidelines and application</strong> form available at: <a href=\"https://socialpower.es/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">https://socialpower.es/</a></p><p><strong>Evaluation criteria (maximum score 100 points):</strong></p><p><u>Relevance</u> (maximum 40 points, minimum 25): assessment of the social need, alignment with the call’s priorities, understanding of the rights situation and experience with target groups. An additional 3 bonus points will be awarded to organisations based outside Madrid and Barcelona (municipalities under 1 million inhabitants).</p><p><u>Quality and Coherence</u> (maximum 40 points, minimum 3 points required for the Budget sub-criterion): sound project design, feasibility, gender mainstreaming, clarity of indicators and a realistic budget.</p><p><u>Impact</u> (maximum 20 points): focus on social innovation, empowerment, alliances, participation and influence on public policy.</p><p>Only proposals scoring 70 points or more will be considered for funding. Final selection will consider thematic distribution, risk assessment and budget review.</p><p>The evaluation process will include automated tools and human oversight. A generative AI tool will support consistency by providing a preliminary analysis based on predefined criteria.</p>"
