    "<p><strong>What is the aim?</strong></p><p>To support digital innovations in healthcare, energy and mobility as they progress from the prototype stage (TRL 6) to a market-ready system (TRL 8).</p><p><strong>Who can take part?</strong></p><p><strong>Regions</strong>: Bavaria (DE), Norte Region (PT), Castile and León (ES), Romania (RO) and Tuzla (BiH) only.</p><p><strong>Consortia: </strong>2–8 partners from at least 2–5 regions (depending on project size).</p><p><strong>Type: </strong>Triple Helix (academia, business, public authorities).</p><p><strong>Project sizes & budget</strong></p><p><strong>Flagship: </strong>up to €2.2 million (5–8 partners, all regions). Proposed by consortia composed by 5 to 8 partners covering all 5 participating SYSTEMEU regions and including at least one RTO/University, one company, and one public sector entity actively involved in public service delivery (e.g., municipal administrations or hospitals).</p><p><strong>Medium:</strong> up to €1.1 million (3–5 partners, at least 3 regions). Proposed by consortia composed by 3 to 5 partners established in a minimum of 3 different eligible regions, and including, at least, one for-profit company as core partner.</p><p><strong>Small: </strong>up to €750k (2–3 partners, at least 2 regions). Proposed by consortia composed by 2 to 3 partners established in a minimum of 2 different eligible regions and including, at least, one for-profit company (Startup or SME) from an eligible region as a core partner.</p><p><strong>Note: Maximum funding of €600k per partner across all calls.</strong></p><p><strong>Funding rates</strong></p><p><strong>Start-ups: </strong>100% (exception: Castile-León: 70%).</p><p><strong>SMEs: </strong>70 per cent.</p><p><strong>Large enterprises: </strong>50 per cent.</p><p><strong>Public sector/NGOs/research: </strong>100 per cent.</p><p><strong>Evaluation phases (schematic)</strong></p><ol><li data-list=\"bullet\"><span class=\"ql-ui\" contenteditable=\"false\"></span><strong>Eligibility check: </strong>Formal review.</li><li data-list=\"bullet\"><span class=\"ql-ui\" contenteditable=\"false\"></span><strong>Expert evaluation: </strong>Assessment based on excellence, impact and implementation (by three independent experts).</li><li data-list=\"bullet\"><span class=\"ql-ui\" contenteditable=\"false\"></span><strong>Ethics check: </strong>Review of compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), medical ethics, etc.</li></ol><p><strong>Final selection</strong> will be formalized by FEB validation (Final Evaluation Board) &amp; ranking.
